This is a recipe that is easy to make and delicious to eat! They are a family favorite and get a thumbs up from even the pickiest of eaters. When I make them, I always double the batch and then freeze a few individual patties for an occasional lunch and save the rest for dinner another night. Cut up some avocado, mix together a flavorful guacamole or add a fresh piece of corn on the cob as a side to this turkey burger. You will not be disappointed!
1 pound ground skinless turkey breast
¼ onion finely chopped
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 bunch minced parsley
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Mix all of the ingredients together, form into patties. Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Broil the burgers, on high, for 6 minutes on each side for a total of 24 minutes. (This makes them pretty crispy but I like them that way.) The rack should be 5” from the heat.
