Those of us craving Spanish flavors may start daydreaming of travel to satisfy our longings, but Viva Vino Spanish Tapas Wine Bar now saves us the trip by bringing authentic Spanish tapas to Temecula! Formerly the Masia de Yabar Urban Tasting Room, Viva Vino features not only a wide variety of delicious small plates, but an expanded wine list as well.
Although Masia de Yabar wines will still be offered, Viva Vino has broadened their wine list to include other local and international wines. Focusing on wines from the Southern Hemisphere, the expanded list will surely compliment the delightful Spanish tapas offered by Chef Sandra Serebreni.
A world traveler and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Pasadena, Serebreni is a well respected a fixture in the Temecula Valley food and wine scene. She has catered frequently for various wineries in the valley and has a distinct palate for food that pairs well with wine. From wine pairings, to barrel tastings and private dinner parties, Chef Sandra brings a wealth of experience and a passion for food to the table.
Viva Vino features Salsa Classes from 7 – 8 pm on Thursdays and Salsa Dance on Thursday and Saturday nights. These nights have taken off as the hot, Hot, HOT place to be. Live music, dance and wine flow all night long and with the addition of tantalizing tapas, we may never go home!
And finally, this warm and intimate venue is now serving Sunday Brunch. With the charming and gorgeous team of Grace Richardson (manager) and Pete Reilly pouring, Chef Sandra in the kitchen and live music from talented performers such as Diego Mondragon, anytime is a perfect time to visit Viva Vino!
