Middle Ridge Winery’s Monthly Supper Club Series is modeled after an informal dining society and thrives on one-of-a-kind menus made fresh from local gardens and paired with local wine in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
The inaugural dinner will be held this Thursday, Nov. 18th @ 6:30 p.m. at E.A.T. Marketplace (Extraordinary Artisan Takeaway). E.A.T. is located at 27535 Jefferson in Temecula. Cost is $65 per person and includes tax and gratuity.
The menu is inspired by Chef Leah’s recent trip to the Piedmont district of Italy and begins with a salad of organic mixed greens, toasted almonds, pepita nuts, Cypress Grove blue cheese, poached grapes, and pomegranate seeds and is served with a herbs & cheese baked flat bread. The main course is Jidori organic chicken slow roasted over cipollini onions, pumpkin, and fennel. And dessert? Well, let’s just say dessert will be a “divine surprise.”
Please call Jasmine to make reservations at 951-699-8897 ext. 101.
The second dinner in the series is slated for December 9th.
E.A.T. – 27535 Jefferson St., Temecula, CA 92590 (cross street is Overland Drive).
