For the third year running Slow Food Temecula is hosing the Field to Fork event. This popular event combines local Farmers, Ranchers, Chefs, Brewers Vintners and Artisan Craftsmen on the beautiful grounds of Leonesse Cellars. All proceeds benefit local schools gardening programs, where the students have the opportunity to plant, grow and ultimately eat a wide-range of produce.
Field to the Fork in years past has featured the cuisine of some of the best Chefs in the region, paired with some killer wines and beer. Huge emphasis is place on locally sourced, in-season ingredients, with the Chefs all try to out do one another.
This year the event takes place on Saturday, May 22 between 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. It is a fantastic event, and you will spend at least and hour going through the various booths.
